SHIPPING POLICY

- All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends/holidays.

- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

- If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

- Until further notice we do not ship outside the U.S

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not issue out refunds.

Here at Hair By Raven we strive for perfection. In the event that you

( the buyer ) isn't completely satisfied with our products and if we are at fault in anyway of your purchase(s) we ask that you inspect the hair WITHOUT altering the extensions/products. Items must be in new, unused and returned within 7 days of purchase for an exchange only.
